Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of its media management platform for programmatic and paid social advertisers. You will shape the product vision, own roadmaps, and collaborate across engineering and commercial teams to deliver cross‑channel, scalable solutions.

The role focuses on 2026+ roadmaps, campaign management for multiple channels, and close collaboration with the world’s largest advertisers. Helsinki presence required, with global travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading high‑impact products and driving growth.
• Strong leadership with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Experience launching software products and features.
• Background in technologically complex domains like digital advertising.
• Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
• Ability to work from the Helsinki office at least 3 days per week.
• Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep customer insights to define product priorities and problems to solve.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user research and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft product vision and roadmap.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog and prioritise feature development.
• Work with paid social or programmatic partners to identify opportunities and value.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies to drive product adoption and demand.
• Conduct client workshops and presentations to showcase capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
