Job summary

TM Green Group in Finland is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead CSA works on a high-profile data centre project. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.

You will report to project stakeholders, drive health and safety, quality control, and program management while maintaining strong client satisfaction and clear communication across teams. Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Experience on data centre projects is highly desirable.

The Role:

• Oversee the CSA aspects of a cutting-edge data centre project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, reporting on progress and resolving any challenges that arise.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control, program management, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Willingness to be based in Frankfurt or travel as required.
