Nscale is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of its hyperscale data center projects across Europe. You will oversee procurement, cost control, forecasting, contract administration, and financial reporting from pre-contract through final accounts.

The role requires a commercially astute professional with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of forecasting, cash flow management, cost control and profitability across major complex construction projects/portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable projects and optimizing commercial performance.
• Able to engage effectively across regions, time zones, and disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial management of hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and timelines.
• Drive cost efficiency and value creation while maintaining financial discipline and governance.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX models, and cash flow analyses to support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts and variance analyses for senior management.
• Conduct budget benchmarking, cost modelling and scenario analysis with senior leadership.
• Oversee cost validation, change management and final commercial close-out.
