Job summary

Nscale is seeking a commercially driven professional to manage hyperscale data centre projects across Europe from pre‑contract to final account. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee procurement, forecasting, cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting with a hands-on approach.

You will collaborate with Development, Design and Construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and in full compliance with governance requirements, while

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of major hyperscale data centre projects in Europe, ensuring delivery within budgets and timelines.
• Procurement, cost control, forecasting, contract administration, and financial reporting from pre-contract through final account.
• Collaborate with Development, Design and Construction teams to ensure on-budget and on-time delivery with governance compliance.
• Provide detailed cost reports, forecasts and scenario analyses to senior management.
• Manage budgets and CAPEX models, and drive cost efficiency and value creation.
