GE HealthCare Finland seeks a Senior Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical leadership across product development and the lifecycle. You will ensure clinical practice, evidence, testing, and insights are integrated into engineering and business decisions while partnering with engineering, usability, risk management, regulatory, and product teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related clinical field and a minimum of five years of nursing experience.
• Significant clinical experience in environments with intensive patient monitoring (ICU, anesthesia, OR, ER, telemetry).
• Experience in medical-device development, clinical risk management, clinical evaluation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of real-world clinical workflows and impact on device use and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent clinical guidance throughout product development and lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to inform product decisions and clinical workflows.
• Review clinical risks, complaints, and corrective actions for improvement opportunities.
• Support in-house clinical testing of usability and workflows with methods, metrics, and reporting.
• Support hospital-based clinical studies including protocol development and data transfer.
• Provide clinical input to evaluations, risk assessments, regulatory submissions, and documentation.
• Apply clinical evidence and guidelines to support development decisions.
