Job summary

Keysight is seeking a senior business developer to grow its network test and assurance business across EMEA, focusing on Western European carriers and enterprise/financial services opportunities. This overlay role supports regional account managers, specialists, and solution engineers, incubating new product concepts and building repeatable sales plays with partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom, strong 5G core/IP networking knowledge, and proven senior relationship skills.

Qualifications

10+ years in telecom or networking, incl. 5+ years in growth roles.
Credible depth in 5G core and IP networking, hands-on test/assurance experience.
Background at a test vendor, operator, systems integrator, channel partner, or NEM.
Proven ability to build senior relationships and influence multi-stakeholder deals.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Grow the business with Western European carriers, via new logos and expanding existing accounts.
Pursue enterprise and financial-services opportunities where portfolio fits.
Identify new markets, use cases, and strategic customers.
Incubate new product concepts with product management and marketing to position successful ideas.
Build repeatable sales strategies regional teams can run.
Partner with managers, specialists, and solution engineers to open and win new business.
Develop partnerships with system integrators, channel partners, and NEMs to extend reach.
