Job summary

Vincit Plc in Helsinki, Finland, seeks an experienced Senior Bid Manager to own our most strategic, complex bids across ERP, Data & AI, eCommerce and Custom Software. You will unite sales, business, delivery, and technology to shape winning strategies and turn customer needs into compelling proposals that differentiate Vincit.

You will report to the CRO and help define go/no-go decisions, build the right bid teams, and drive the bid process with AI-enabled tools to deliver faster, higher-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in complex B2B bids and leading high-stakes pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish public procurement legislation and tender processes.
• Commercial and strategic mindset with ability to convert requirements into value propositions.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; comfortable collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bids that matter most, from opportunity to final proposal.
• Define winning strategies with sales, business, delivery and technology leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP, Data & AI, eCommerce, and Custom Software for cohesive bids.
• Drive bid momentum, reviews, and commercial reasoning through governance and approvals.
• Ensure proposals are customer-focused, differentiated and tell Vincit's value story.
• Develop and modernize bid practices and AI-enabled proposal processes.
