Job summary

Vincit is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead strategic, complex bids across ERP, Data & AI, eCommerce, and custom software. You will bring together sales, business, delivery, and technology teams to shape winning strategies and turn customer needs into compelling proposals that differentiate Vincit.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll influence how we pursue opportunities, refine our bid processes, and build capabilities that win.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex bid processes in B2B environments.
• Strong commercial thinking and risk assessment.
• Ability to bring cross-functional teams together.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bids that matter most: own strategic, complex sales pursuits from opportunity to final proposal.
• Shape winning strategies with sales, business, and delivery leaders; assess commercial risks.
• Build and guide cross‑functional teams across ERP, Data & AI, eCommerce, and Custom Software.
• Drive bid planning, reviews, governance, and approvals to ensure clear, compelling outcomes.
• Develop AI‑driven bidding practices and ensure quality in proposals.
