Job summary

Vincit, a Finnish tech company, is seeking an IT Manager to own Vincit’s internal IT for ~500 employees in Helsinki or Tampere with a hybrid onsite model.

You will lead internal IT, manage outsourced end-user support, control costs, govern vendors and drive projects from planning to delivery.

You will improve security and user experience, and ensure the IT setup meets the needs of a technically demanding organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an internal IT function overseeing services, vendors, costs and development.
• Experience managing outsourced end-user support, SLAs and driving quality through partners.
• Track record delivering IT projects on scope, time and budget, from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Vincit’s internal IT environment and continuous development.
• Manage outsourced end-user support provider, govern the SLA, and optimise IT costs.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects including rollouts, migrations and security initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on root causes and efficiency.
