Job summary

Antler is building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory, leveraging Agentic AI with expert judgement. We are hiring a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing for Helsinki to lead end-to-end sourcing engagements and to shape governance, strategy, and outcomes in a fast-growing, AI-native startup.

You will own complex engagements, align stakeholders, and negotiate priorities using advanced tools while collaborating closely with product teams to evolve the platform for seasoned sourcing professionals.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in sourcing, IT procurement, or digital category management.
• Credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders.
• Genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory.

About the Role

We are building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory: Agentic AI carrying the process, experts carrying the judgement. We're growing our advisor team and are looking for a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing, based in Helsinki. Our proprietary AI platform does much of the labour-intensive work that today falls on both the advisor and the client - market scans, requirements development, RFP creation, response analysis and evaluation - freeing the advisor and the client to focus on the work that actually determines the outcome: sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation. We're a two-year-old startup with ambitious goals. The platform is live, built in-house, and designed to become the leading AI-native toolkit for complex sourcing.

What You Will Do

• Own complex, transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end to end
• Lead sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation
• Work with leading AI tools as part of sourcing delivery
• Work closely with the product team to continuously shape the platform around the needs of experienced sourcing professionals
