Job summary

Vincit is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and develop our internal IT landscape for a ~500‑person organization. You will oversee services, security, costs and provider performance, while guiding IT projects from planning to delivery. The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration.

Your leadership will shape end‑user experience, risk management and value creation, with a hybrid Helsinki/Tampere work model and a strong focus on onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Internal IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and SLAs.
• Experience managing IT costs including SaaS licences and partner costs.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects on scope, time and budget.
• Broad, cross‑functional IT understanding and ability to challenge providers.
• Proactive communication and prioritisation across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for Vincit’s internal IT environment and its continuous development.
• Manage outsourced end‑user support provider, governance of SLA, and cost controls.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of IT projects, including scope, timeline, budget and handover.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce root causes and repetitive issues.
