Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and AWS cloud services.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with React or frontend development for full-stack collaboration.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with tight feedback loops.
• Strong sense of ownership — you build, you test, you ship, you learn.
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Build Node.js backend services and APIs from concept to production.
• Design and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Drive a rapid alpha → beta (10k+ users) → production delivery rhythm.
• Integrate new technologies (AI, third-party APIs) into real user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to prototype, test, and iterate.
• Ship features to real users every week and learn from feedback.
