Smartly in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Team Autopsy to build automation and optimization features that save time, boost campaign performance, and reduce manual work at scale. You'll work on core services like Triggers, Ad Rotation, Smartly Actions, and Action Router, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

• Experience building backend services with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong React frontend experience with TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience with automated tests at unit/integration/E2E.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end and mentor peers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend and frontend features powering automation and optimization.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable architecture and developer experience.
• Develop and evolve Triggers, Ad Rotation, Smartly Actions, and Action Router.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
• Own projects from planning through delivery and maintainability.
• Improve quality with automated tests, monitoring, and process improvements.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Help shape Smartly’s target architecture via cross-team initiatives.
