Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Platform Team. You will design, build and maintain backend services powering Smartly’s campaign optimization products, collaborating with data scientists and frontend teams.

You’ll work with Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Docker and Kubernetes, and contribute to ML-driven solutions that help advertisers create better campaigns. This role requires strong English communication and a willingness to work 3 days per week in the

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering production-grade software.
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on ML frameworks experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.
