Job summary

Easor is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with Azure expertise to join our DevEx team and lead the Azure platform and governance. You will design and operate our Azure landing zone, enforce policies, and drive infrastructure as code across the tenant.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, manage identity and network connectivity, and collaborate with partners on major projects. Strong English communication is essential, with Finnish or Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
• Experience running production-scale Azure workloads (compute, data, messaging, networking).
• Infrastructure as Code is the default way of working.
• Attention to naming, tagging and policy structure.
• Willingness to participate in architecture discussions with partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the landing zone. Design, implement, and run the Azure landing zone according to enterprise-scale best practices.
• Define and enforce Azure policies for governance, monitor system health, and set up alerting; manage backup and restore procedures.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with IaC tools like Bicep and Terraform.
• Operate core Azure services (App services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Event Hub, API management, Application Gateway).
• Take part in architecture decisions with partners, providing infrastructure and platform expertise.
