Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with deep AWS experience to own and evolve our AWS Landing Zone. This is a hands-on role where you will build new capabilities and keep the existing platform healthy, secure and reliable for enterprise-scale cloud operations.

You will work with Terraform, Ansible, Python and Bash, and design CI/CD pipelines while promoting a DevOps mindset aligned with banking security standards. Collaboration with application teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud engineering with AWS at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing and running an AWS Landing Zone, ideally using Control Tower or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Landing Zone infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Implement automation with Ansible and scripting (Python/Bash) for provisioning and operations.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines for platform changes and automated testing.
• Contribute to architecture docs and ensure security and governance alignment.
