Jobgether is seeking a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation based in Finland. Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives, orchestrating AI agents, business rules, and human input to realize measurable business value.

You will shape reference architectures, drive discovery workshops, and translate processes into actionable engineering requirements with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in solution architecture or technical/process consulting with engineering background.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process redesign workshop facilitation.
• Modeling of business processes using BPMN and translating requirements into designs.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, integrations, and AI agent support.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Willingness to learn and use the partner company's product and platform.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Lead discovery workshops to assess workflows, baselines, and target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human intervention.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineers, manage priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders, communicate progress, and enable timely decisions.
• Define and monitor measurable value for initiatives and increments.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and methodologies.
