Job summary

Bosch Sensortec in Finland’s Oulu and Espoo centers is seeking a Senior AMS Verification Engineer to shape SoC MEMS+ASIC solutions for consumer and industrial apps. You will drive mixed-signal IC design from concept to implementation, developing analog IP and robust verification flows, and ensuring First Time Right products through multi-level simulations with cross-functional teams.

Fluent English and a MSc/BSc/PhD in electrical engineering are expected, with a proven track record in analog/AMS

Qualifications

• Proven industrial track record in IC design (senior analog/AMS) is required.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit design, block/top-level concepts and transistor-level details.
• Experience ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and building top-level schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop mixed signal ICs for consumer market from concept to implementation.
• Develop leading edge analog IP and efficient mixed signal verification flows.
• Ensure First Time Right ICs by performing comprehensive simulations at transistor, model and top levels.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, software, layout, verification and test teams across a distributed global team.
