Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer for our Finland development centers in Oulu and Espoo. You will shape advanced SoC MEMS+ASIC solutions and lead interdisciplinary teams from concept to implementation, ensuring top performance and reliability.

The role requires extensive analog IC design expertise, strong Verilog-based modeling skills, and collaboration across hardware and software domains. Hybrid work arrangement can be discussed with management.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial track record in senior analog IC design.
• Expertise in analog circuit design, block/top-level concepts and transistor-level trade-offs.
• Experience in ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and running top-level simulations.
• Strong system-level understanding to support 'First Time Right' delivery; HDL modeling with Verilog.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by developing mixed-signal ICs from concept to implementation.
• Ensure design integrity with comprehensive simulations at multiple abstraction levels.
• Collaborate with digital, software, layout and test teams for optimal performance.
• Communicate and collaborate within an international, distributed team.
