Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer for our Finland development centers in Oulu and Espoo. You will shape advanced SoC MEMS+ASIC solutions and lead interdisciplinary teams from concept to implementation, ensuring top performance and reliability.

The role requires extensive analog IC design expertise, strong Verilog-based modeling skills, and collaboration across hardware and software domains. Hybrid work arrangement can be discussed with management.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial track record in senior analog IC design.
• Expertise in analog circuit design, block/top-level concepts and transistor-level trade-offs.
• Experience in ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and running top-level simulations.
• Strong system-level understanding to support 'First Time Right' delivery; HDL modeling with Verilog.

Job Description

At our Finland development centers in Oulu and Espoo, we are pioneering SoC MEMS+ASIC solutions for a diverse range of consumer and industrial applications. As a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology.

Your responsibilities will Include:

• Driving Innovation:You work as part of interdisciplinary team developing mixed signal ICs for consumer market space from concept to implementation.
• Ensuring Design Integrity:You will ensure 'First Time Right' ICs by executing comprehensive simulations at different abstraction levels, e.g. at model and at transistor level.
• Holistic System Design:You understand block and top-level requirements and the need for documentation. You collaborate closely with digital, software, layout and test teams and come up with solutions that give optimal performance.
• Global Collaboration:You communicate and collaborate within an international and globally distributed team of experts.

Qualifications

• Experience:Proven industrial track record in IC design in senior analog or lead roles is mandatory. Demonstrated high expertise in analog circuit design (block and top-level concepts, circuit topologies, design trade-offs, transistor-level understanding, and process technology). Experience in ramping up top-level AMS/DMS verification environments and running top level simulations is required. Strong system-level understanding to support "First Time Right" product delivery. A solid understanding of modeling using hardware description languages (Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, and SystemVerilog) is required, with emphasis on their use in analog and mixed-signal simulation. Practical experience in analog layout and ESD is a plus.
• Education:Degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. or Ph.D.) in electrical engineering or equivalent.
