Job summary

Recann is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for AMLA regulatory transformation based in Helsinki, Finland. The role is 75% on-site and 25% remote within a large-scale programme across multiple business areas and legal entities.

The assignment runs 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027 with a 100% allocation (40 hours/week). Strong governance, banking background, and advanced English are required.

• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AMLA regulatory transformation initiatives and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Establish and drive governance, delivery models, and execution frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, legal, and technology teams.
• Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, escalations, and decisions.
• Drive change management and organisational readiness, coaching project managers.
