The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on change management and delivery excellence. Four days a week at the office, contract start 4 January 2027, end 30 June 2027, 100% allocation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Lead Project Leader.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency management, and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and translate strategy, regulatory requirements, and priorities into actionable deliveries.
• Establish and drive execution frameworks, governance structures, and delivery models.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business areas, legal entities, and technology teams.
• Manage programme governance, reports, risks, dependencies, escalations, and decision-making.
• Drive change management and organisational readiness; build high-performing teams.
• Coach project managers, analysts, and delivery teams.
