Job summary

Empiric is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme in Helsinki. You will design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI technologies, collaborating with business stakeholders and tech teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

The role emphasizes building AI agents with MCP, leveraging LangChain, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph, and implementing robust MLOps, DevSecOps, and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution development, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python and API development, and building AI agents with MCP.
• Hands-on with LangChain, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph; also familiar with RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using GitHub, Docker and CI/CD on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build services with Python and APIs.
• Create AI agents and agentic workflows using MCP.
• Work with LangChain, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and best prompt practices.
• Deploy and operate via GitHub, Docker, CI/CD on Azure-enabled clouds.
• Apply MLOps and DevSecOps for reliable, secure delivery.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems and drive stakeholder collaboration.
