Reaktor in Helsinki is seeking AI Developers to join a collaborative tech community focused on building LLM-powered applications across the full software lifecycle.

You’ll design end-to-end AI software, integrate OpenAI/Anthropic/Meta models, and work with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores while collaborating with client teams to select the right technologies and deliver world-class AI solutions.

Formación

• Experience in AI software development in production environments.
• Experience deploying AI applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) with containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of vector databases and related tech (PostgreSQL + pgvector, chromaDB, pinecone).
• Fluent Finnish and English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end LLM-enabled applications from backend to frontend.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into production apps and workflows.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases and guardrails.
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for model performance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to select suitable technologies.
• Contribute to software architecture, testing, and debugging.
