Empiric is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme in Helsinki. You will design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI technologies, collaborating with business stakeholders and tech teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

The role emphasizes building AI agents with MCP, leveraging LangChain, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph, and implementing robust MLOps, DevSecOps, and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution development, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python and API development, and building AI agents with MCP.
• Hands-on with LangChain, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph; also familiar with RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using GitHub, Docker and CI/CD on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise‑grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI technologies, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality, production‑ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build and expose services using Python and APIs.
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, and apply prompt engineering best practices.
• Deploy and operate AI solutions using GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Apply MLOps and DevSecOps practices to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
• Analyse business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
• Produce technical documentation and follow AI engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 5+ experience developing AI solutions, including Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Strong experience with:
• Generative AI and LLM application development
• Python and API development
• Agentic AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI agents
• AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph
• RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Experience with GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other AI developer tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and MLOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of the Telecom BSS domain and enterprise integrations.
