Job summary

Siili Solutions seeks an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to turn AI pilots into production-ready solutions and deliver measurable business value for clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with client teams and Siili consultants to design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic systems.

You will stay close to the code while navigating evolving requirements, security, governance, and enterprise needs, enabling scalable, reliable AI at client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems into production with LLM focus.
• 5+ years in AI/ML Engineering or full-stack engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLM and agentic systems, architecture, evaluation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI solutions from pilot to production in client environments.
• Design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic solutions with client teams.
• Balance technical delivery with evolving requirements, governance, security and compliance.
