Job summary

Kultakiertue Oy is seeking a Security Specialist to support and strengthen our security function. You will work with the Security Team to develop, implement, and improve security practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.

You will contribute to risk assessments, policy development, and supplier security reviews while promoting a culture of secure operations and staff awareness within a flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the security field.
• Relevant experience in value transportation security.
• Strong understanding of security regulations and industry frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both English and Finnish.
• Relevant academic education.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving physical security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conducting risk assessments and contributing to security strategy and planning.
• Coordinating and participating in internal and external security audits.
• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate security practices into daily operations.
• Managing and conducting vendor security assessments.
• Researching and applying best practices related to security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Facilitating security training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for internal staff.

We are looking for a Security Specialist to support and strengthen our security function. In this role, you will work closely with the Security Team and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our security practices.

Key responsibilities

You will support the Security Team across a range of security functions, including but not limited to:

• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving physical security policies, standards, and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and contributing to security strategy and planning

• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate security practices into daily operations

Additional information and application

The salary range for this position is 3500-4000 € monthly.
