Caverion Suomi Oy in Lahti seeks a skilled Turvalaiteinstaller to install, diagnose, repair, program and commission access control, intrusion and camera systems across Päijät-Häme. The role is mainly field-based with some longer projects.

Turvalaiteinstallers and specialists at Caverion

work on protecting and enabling safe buildings. The role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, programming, commissioning and maintaining access control, intrusion and camera systems, as well as locking devices. You will operate across Päijät-Häme in various client sites such as telecom equipment rooms, shops, schools and logistics centers, both independently and with another installer. The job is mainly field-based reactive maintenance with some longer projects.

Working hours are typically 7:00-15:30 on weekdays, with a service vehicle provided. The specialist aspect also covers design (CAD), quote preparation and project handling.

Requirements include suitable electrical or locksmith training, over 5 years of experience in security installations or lock work, knowledge of locking products and systems (e.g., Abloy and iLOQ), a clean background for security clearance, a B-driver’s license, fluent Finnish, plus English as a plus, strong customer service and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently. Additional prerequisites like safety and fire protection cards and first aid can be arranged at the start of employment.
