Job summary

NovelGroup Oy is seeking a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to manage a mix of sales support, logistics, and customs tasks. The role acts as a central liaison between departments to ensure timely processes in a small, collaborative office environment.

On-site work at the office is required. The candidate should have relevant education in trade or similar, plus experience with export/import and customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant education (e.g., merkonomi, tradenomi) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with export/import processes and customs procedures.
• Experience in sales support is a plus.
• Good IT skills, especially Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Accurate and systematic work approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in developing methods and processes.
• Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Responsibilities

• Handling customs matters (customs procedures and HS codes).
• Archiving and reporting customs decisions.
• Preparing customs documents for VAT reporting.
• Intrastat declarations (import/export).
• Communicating with authorities and stakeholders.
• Arranging and tracking shipments.
• Supporting procurement and warehouse management.
• Handling invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Supporting sales and marketing.
• Maintaining websites and e-commerce.
• ERP and CRM system maintenance.
