Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at the intersection of business, technology, and process development. Qualifications

Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years.
Experience with SAP implementations, preferably SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Fluent communication in Finnish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specs.
Support and lead SAP implementation and development efforts.
Manage activities across the project lifecycle from requirements to implementation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams.
Analyze data to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
Collaborate across functions to ensure adoption of new solutions.
Support continuous improvement and scalable ways of working.
Communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
