Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Helsinki is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive a large-scale S/4HANA transformation across Finance and Controlling. You will guide the workstream from workshops through go-live, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership and knowledge sharing.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting, strong GL/CO/AR/AP expertise, IFRS and internal controls knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP FICO consulting experience with 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong GL, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting and Treasury domain knowledge.
• Understanding of IFRS, tax, statutory reporting and internal controls in finance.
• Experience integrating SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover management; SAP Activate & Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.

• Facilitate business workshops, fit-gap analyses and process design sessions.
• Drive configuration, testing, defect resolution and UAT activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare.

• Work with stakeholders at all levels and mentor junior consultants.

As an SAP FICO Lead, you will guide the Finance and Controlling workstream across implementation, conversion and rollout programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams, combining hands-on delivery with leadership, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling workstream across implementation, conversion and rollout programs.
• Facilitate business workshops, fit-gap analyses and process-design sessions.
• Drive configuration, testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with teams across MM, SD, PP, EWM, Procurement, Treasury and third-party applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels and support the development of junior consultants.

About you

You are an experienced SAP FICO professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex transformation programs and turning business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

You communicate clearly, build trust with stakeholders and are comfortable taking ownership while remaining hands-on when needed. You also value teamwork and enjoy helping others grow.

Qualifications

• Senior-level SAP FICO consulting experience, typically 10+ years, with at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience across General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting and core Treasury processes.
• Good understanding of SAP FICO best-practice process flows, IFRS, tax, statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules and relevant third-party applications.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover management, SAP Activate and Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
