Job summary

Cloud Protection by WithSecure is seeking a Solution Consultant to scale our Salesforce security offering across Europe. You will be the technical counterpart to sales, bridging customer challenges with practical security solutions and ensuring value realization for customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solution consulting, pre-sales engineering).
• Experience with enterprise IT environments (networks, cloud, security, APIs).
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate fit.
• Provide trusted advisory through technical business reviews and ongoing optimization.
• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Troubleshoot issues with support and engineering teams.
• Drive customer success by ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization.
