We are now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager Finland to strengthen our position and drive continued growth in the Finnish market.

This is not a traditional software sales role. We are looking for someone who brings experience from warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation, supply chain technology, or related sectors. You understand warehouse and distribution operations and can engage credibly with customers on topics such as automation, productivity, throughput, storage optimisation, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will develop new business, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead complex solution sales from first customer dialogue through to contract. Working closely with our Solution Design, Consulting, and Project Delivery teams, you will help customers solve real operational challenges through innovative warehouse automation solutions. If you enjoy developing business, working with cutting-edge technology, and creating measurable value for customers through automation, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the most innovative and fastest-growing sectors within intralogistic

What you will do

As Sales Manager Finland, you will be responsible for developing our business and achieving sustainable sales growth across Finland. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and represent Element Logic as a trusted advisor in warehouse automation. You will primarily work with customers operating warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities, helping them evaluate and implement automation solutions that improve performance, scalability, and long-term competitiveness.

During your first months, you will:
  • Build relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Finnish market and identify growth opportunities.
  • Review the commercial landscape and define clear sales priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics and EMEA to ensure efficient sales execution.
  • Contribute to the continued development of our go-to-market strategy for Finland.
Your key responsibilities

You will help customers transform their warehouse operations by offering Element Logic's complete portfolio of warehouse automation solutions, including:

  • AutoStore automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Robotics and warehouse automation technologies
  • Warehouse software and digital solutions
  • Lifecycle services, support, upgrades, and customer success offerings
What you will do
  • Develop new business opportunities across Finland through proactive customer engagement.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across operations, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and executive management.
  • Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities where automation creates measurable business value.
  • Lead consultative sales processes in close collaboration with Solution Design, Consulting, and Project Delivery teams.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions that demonstrate operational and financial benefits.
  • Position Element Logic as a long-term strategic partner throughout the customer's automation journey.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Execute local sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Represent Element Logic at customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and ethical business practices.
Who you are

You are an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and solving complex operational challenges. You have experience from warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation, supply chain technology, or related sectors, and you understand the operational realities of warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing environments. You combine strong commercial acumen with a consultative and value-based sales approach. You are proactive, results-oriented, and naturally curious about your customers' businesses and operational challenges. You build trust easily, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across functions and geographies. Most importantly, you are motivated by helping customers improve performance through technology, automation, and innovation.

We believe you bring:
  • Proven success in B2B solution sales within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation, supply chain technology, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes
  • Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
  • Experience with automation technologies, robotics, ASRS solutions, warehouse software, material handling equipment, or similar industrial solutions
Qualifications
  • Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
