Job summary

Turvatiimi Oy is seeking energetic, goal-oriented salespeople for a permanent position as part of a motivated team. As a Sector Alarm sales representative you will protect homes and provide peace of mind, with a daily rhythm centred on weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00 and a choice of full-time or part-time three consecutive days.

You will split time between the sales office for education and goal setting and on-site visits to residents, with installation handled by a separate team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Finnish language language and clean criminal record.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, goal orientation, willingness to learn and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri 13:00–21:00 or three consecutive full days (full-time or part-time).

Job description

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and development-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our motivating team. As a Sector Alarm sales representative you'll play an important role by helping protect people's homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives and, in the best cases, saving lives. The job has a clear daily rhythm: you work mostly on weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00, with a choice of full-time or part-time three consecutive full days. You split your day between our sales office (education and goal setting under supervision) and on-site visits to address residents, arranging meetings at their homes. You meet dozens of people every day; the work is active and mobile, with over 10,000 steps per day. You will listen and discuss how our service can safeguard their everyday life; installation is handled by a separate team. In the evening you regroup with your team to recap and celebrate. We offer comprehensive onboarding and continuous coaching, plus a five-step Sector Way Academy training path to grow into a top salesperson. You'll be supported by a strong team culture and your supervisor will help set ambitious goals and plan steps to reach them.
