Sector Alarm is seeking energetic salespeople for a permanent role in Finland. You will train in our sales office, travel to residential areas with a supervisor, and meet customers at their homes to discuss how our alarm service protects daily life.

The role is active and involves moving across neighbourhoods; you’ll work primarily weekdays 13:00–21:00, with either full-time or part-time options on three consecutive days.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position within our encouraging work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a crucial role in helping protect people’s homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives and, in the best cases, saving lives. Your daily work in brief

You will work mainly weekdays 13:00–21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, which means three consecutive full workdays. The day starts with your team at our sales office where you train in different sales steps under a supervisor and set daily goals. You will move from the office to various residential areas, usually with your supervisor’s vehicle. Upon arrival you independently contact residents and arrange meetings at their homes, often at a fixed time. You meet dozens of new people daily; this work is active and involves moving around – on average over 10,000 steps per day. In meetings at customers’ homes, you sit with customers and discuss how our service can protect their daily life; listening is as important as speaking. You handle sales and installation is taken care of by a separate installation team. You can focus on what matters: understanding customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions. In the evening you regroup with the team to review the day, share successes and reflect on what happened.

Training and coaching: you’ll receive thorough onboarding and ongoing coaching to become the best possible salesperson. Daily sales practice and supervisor guidance support your development. You’ll also progress through our internal Sector Way Academy five-step sales training program, which systematically takes you toward becoming a top salesperson.

What we offer you

Ability to influence your pay: a pay model where your activity and success directly affect your earnings. Your pay consists of sales‑based commissions and monthly bonuses. The best salespeople earn over €6,000 per month, an average salesperson earns around €2,200. In 2025 the top monthly earnings were €9,600 – could your next record be yours?
