Job description

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and growth-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our encouraging team. As a Sector Alarm sales representative you will play a meaningful role in helping protect people’s homes, bring peace of mind to their daily lives, and potentially save lives. Demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s best-reviewed service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, reflecting satisfied customers.

Your workday in brief:

• Working hours: typically weekdays 13:00–21:00. You can work full-time or part-time, i.e., three consecutive full workdays.
• Start of day: with your team at our sales office where you train across sales steps under a supervisor and set daily targets.
• Approaching customers: you move to various residential areas, usually with your supervisor’s transport. Upon arrival you independently contact residents and agree on home visits at convenient times.
• Meetings with customers at their homes: you sit with customers and discuss how our service can safeguard their everyday life. Listening is as important as speaking. You handle sales while installation is handled by a separate team. You can focus entirely on understanding customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions.
• End of day: you regroup with the team to review learnings and celebrate accomplishments.
