Job summary

Ninepine opens its first Helsinki store in November and seeks experienced Sales Assistants to join the team. You will drive sales, build customer relationships, and support daily operations while representing the brand in a premium, customer-centric environment.

The role requires strong communication in English and Finnish, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility for weekends and evenings. This is a full-time/part-time position with opportunities for growth in an expanding international

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in premium retail is required.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team.
• Curious, open, and solution-focused with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and Finnish with experience using POS systems.

Your role

You will drive sales through great customer meetings, build lasting relationships with our customers and help grow Ninepine's local community, while supporting the store's daily operations.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to grow sales, build customer loyalty, and deliver outstanding customer experience according to Ninepine selling ceremony
• Guiding and advising our customers
• Take part to the store day-to-day operations
• Ensure premium visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy
• Work with cash register and payment systems with careful attention to security
• Help plan and host store events and local activations, inviting customers and growing our local community
• Capture content from the store for social media, in line with Ninepine's brand guidelines
• Act as Ninepine’s local ambassador, ensuring the store reflects our brand values

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably within premium retail
• Passionate about creating exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to connect with customers and team
• Curious and open with a hands-on and solution-focused approach
• Fluent in English and Finnish, with experience in POS systems
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
• Excited about Ninepine’s brand
