Job summary

H&M Group in Finland is seeking a Sales Advisor for a temporary contract of 10 hours per week, from Oct 26, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026. The role is based at the Ainoa store in Tapiola, Espoo. Finnish is the language used for in-store communication, so please send your CV in Finnish.

You will welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, assist on the shop floor and in back-of-house, help with opening and closing, and represent the brand positively in every interaction.

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products.
