Job summary

Ninepine opens its first Helsinki store in November and seeks experienced Sales Assistants to join the team. You will drive sales, build customer relationships, and support daily operations while representing the brand in a premium, customer-centric environment.

The role requires strong communication in English and Finnish, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility for weekends and evenings. This is a full-time/part-time position with opportunities for growth in an expanding international

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in premium retail is required.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team.
• Curious, open, and solution-focused with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and Finnish with experience using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through great customer meetings and build lasting relationships.
• Grow Ninepine's local community and support daily store operations.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and ensure premium visual merchandising.
• Manage stock levels and assist with events and local activations.
• Capture content for social media in line with brand guidelines.
