Job summary

Immense Group is seeking a Safer Gambling Analyst in Finland to monitor risk indicators, review reports, and contact players at risk by phone or email in line with internal policies. You will escalate complex cases, support responsible gaming initiatives with the team, and contribute to process improvements that protect players and strengthen compliance.

Fluent Danish and English communication, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential as you liaise with players and document findings for

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish speaker.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to analyze information with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Interest or experience in iGaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behaviour.
• Contact players who are at risk by phone or email and provide support according to internal policies and procedures in relation to additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
• Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent and avoid underage gambling.
• Monitor escalated self-excluded players to assess risk and refund eligible players.
• Monitor and review follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management to ensure player protection is safeguarded.
• Adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
• Recommend changes and/or amendments to Safer Gambling operational activities and processes.
• Work closely with the Safer Gambling Management to instill a culture of Responsible Gaming through promoting awareness, and delivering training as required.
• Liaise with players by email or phone to ensure a responsible gaming experience whilst continuously improving our Safer Gambling operation.
