Job summary

Lumene Group in Espoo is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to own demand and supply planning for assigned markets and brands. You will work closely with commercial teams, Key Account Managers, and the S&OP team, driving forecasting through to inventory and availability decisions.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, S&OP or supply chain experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field.
Experience in S&OP or supply chain function.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; comfortable with AI tools.
Working proficiency in Finnish and English.
Genuine interest in supply chain, planning, FMCG/beauty.

Responsibilities

Manage demand planning for your market(s)/brand(s) in RELEX; lead monthly demand/market reviews with KAMs and action follow-ups.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias (SWAPE); fix issues in baseline and campaign forecasts and plan for novelty and campaigns.
Track service level, out-of-stock, and lost-sales; resolve issues before escalation.
Handle slow-moving stock, ramp-downs, MOI; coordinate stock transfers and availability.
Prepare materials for S&OP sign-off meetings and planning forums.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Commercial on supply and demand topics for your scope.
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting; bring ideas along the way.
Develop hands-on expertise in RELEX and SAP; promote digital-first improvements.
