Job summary

Hiab is seeking a Robotic Platform Developer to advance its autonomous load-handling software stack. You will design automated tests, build release pipelines, and verify software for field deployments in a real-time, embedded environment.

The role requires C/C++, embedded multi-core compute, and exposure to model-based design. International travel and collaboration with customers are expected, with a focus on safety standards and robust software practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and strong production‑level coding skills.
• Experience with parallel compute/embedded software development and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of model-based design (Matlab/Simulink) in robotics/autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Design automated software test pipelines and release management.
• Contribute to integration and verification of software systems including device drivers.
• Support software development practices in prototype and production environments.
• Manage in-vehicle deployment and signing, trigger release pipelines when requirements are met.
