Job summary

L’Oréal in Helsinki, Finland is seeking an experienced Retail Activation Manager to bridge strategy and in-store execution. You’ll lead activation excellence, provide field-ready materials, and collaborate with KAMs, retail partners, and marketing to deliver compelling shopper experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong cross-functional teamwork, and a customer-centric approach to in-store activation across Nordic markets.

Qualifications

• Activation excellence track record in retail environments.
• Strong data analysis to track KPIs and activation performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with KAMs, field teams, and marketing.
• Understanding of Brand Portfolio Management and retailer execution.
• Passion for delivering shopper-centric activation experiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion Activation Excellence: coordinate timing, POS needs, A+ implementation, testers and pop-ups.
• Equip field sales with sell-in materials and training for internal and retailer teams.
• Collaborate with KAMs and Channel Activation Managers to size activations and align with retailer goals.
• Coordinate with sales reps, account managers, and materials teams to ensure brand visibility and Go-to-Market packages.
• Monitor activation performance using analytics and ROI; feed insights to improve future packages.
• Ensure seamless information flow between Marketing, Supply, Commercial and field teams.
