Job summary

Inuka Partners in Helsinki is expanding its investment analysis team to support renewable energy projects across development, financing, and operations. The role, Energy Associate/Manager, focuses on building robust financial models and delivering insightful analysis for investment decisions.

You will collaborate with colleagues across finance and engineering, develop business cases, and contribute to improving modelling standards while working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project finance, investment analysis, M&A, valuation, transaction services, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy transition preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial capabilities.
• Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related academic background.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects and portfolios.
• Perform valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop business cases and assess investment opportunities.
• Analyse market data, assumptions, and project risks.
• Support project finance and transaction processes through financial and analytical input.
• Prepare clear investment materials and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving modelling standards, valuation approaches, and internal tools.
