Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Finland seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer – Marketing Data to design and optimize data models supporting marketing analytics and decision-making. You will work with Google Analytics data, Snowflake, SQL, and Python to build scalable data solutions in a remote-friendly, data-driven environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables, ensure data quality, and contribute to engineering best practices with CI/CD and Git workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, marketing data, or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics data in production environments.
• Experience supporting data initiatives in retail or e-commerce.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake data models and transformations.
• Proficiency in Python for reading, evaluating, debugging, and improving code.
• Experience mapping API endpoints and data integration requirements.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and transformations in Snowflake for marketing analytics and reporting.
• Work hands-on with Google Analytics data in production to ensure accurate data structures for analysis.
• Develop, review, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and Python code for reliability and performance.
• Interpret API documentation and map endpoints to business and technical requirements.
• Implement data validation across data pipelines to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Apply Git-based development workflows including reviews, testing, and CI/CD to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data models, transformation logic, and pipeline reliability.
