Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for our client's payment systems, ensuring quality and reliability.

This hybrid role (two days remote per week) focuses on building scalable frameworks, crafting test plans, and conducting detailed analysis to root cause defects, while communicating risks and progress across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior work experience with test automation within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Robot Framework and Jenkins.
• Good general testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
• Formulate comprehensive test plans and execute test cases.
• Perform detailed test analysis, root-cause investigation, and communicate risks across cross-functional teams.
