Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect in Finland to lead technical solutioning and governance for Salesforce implementations. The role requires 3+ years in architect capacity, hands-on customization, and integration design across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Ideal candidates have telecom BSS/OSS exposure and can mentor diverse teams while overseeing delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations. Finnish language preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce Architect with 3+ years in delivery.
• Hands-on customization and solution design for Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience clouds.
• Telecom Industry BSS/OSS experience, strong integration design.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce architect responsible for providing technical solutioning, guidance and governance for Salesforce Implementation project
• Technical & Functional design sessions on Architecture, Solution, Performance Tuning, Infrastructure and Security. Salesforce - Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions
• Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and TCS resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices & technical product assistance
• Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, coaching junior members and acting as build master where required
