Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece requires Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1). Compensation includes €1,300 gross/month plus up to 20% performance bonus, with a relocation package covering hotel, flight, pickup, and real estate fees.

Qualifications

• Must have Norwegian language at C1/C2 level and English at B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with CRM familiarity as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
