Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers across international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote in Greece, with a structured training program and onboarding support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and returns, and maintain accurate CRM records. Fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) is required, along with strong communication skills for a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
