Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across various international projects. The position is fully remote from Greece with a remote work model. Compensation is €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus performance-based bonus up to 20% of the salary, depending on the project.

Relocation support is provided and training is fully paid. Working Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts; applicants must have legal right to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English language at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
